Creator Terms
The public MVP terms for RivalFit creator applications, referral links, creator leagues, fraud review, and commission accounting.
MVP boundary
Self-published MVP policy. RivalFit is public, but this copy is not a substitute for legal, medical, tax, or financial advice.
Eligibility and Review
Creator applications are adult-only and require explicit 18+ confirmation. Submission does not guarantee approval, league access, promotion, or payout eligibility.
Applications start pending and require manual review. RivalFit may reject, pause, or re-review creators for safety, fraud, brand, legal, or operational reasons.
Creator Conduct
Creators must not make medical, guaranteed-result, guaranteed-income, misleading billing, or unsafe training claims.
Creators must respect proof privacy, avoid pressuring users into unsafe activity, and keep public content aligned with RivalFit safety boundaries.
Commission Ledger
Creator commission is a 15% recurring accounting-only ledger in MVP. Payouts are manual-review only, require fraud review, and KYC/provider payout operations are V2.
Refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, attribution conflicts, subscription failures, or policy violations may create clawbacks or block commission readiness.
Proof and League Privacy
Proof is private by default. MVP proof may include text check-ins and private photo uploads; public proof media, health notes, and body photos are not shared by public receipt routes.
Creator league visibility is member-only by default in MVP. Public creator/referral pages must not expose private member proof, health notes, billing state, or payout data.
Support and review
These pages define RivalFit's conservative public MVP policy. Formal counsel review, live-card refund operations, and public support mailbox deliverability remain operational review items.
