Safety Policy
The public MVP boundary for training safety, proof privacy, adult gates, creator review, and abuse prevention.
MVP boundary
Self-published MVP policy. RivalFit is public, but this copy is not a substitute for legal, medical, tax, or financial advice.
Training Safety
RivalFit challenge content, AI rivals, workout plans, and receipts are motivational product features, not medical advice or clinical programming.
Users should scale difficulty, stop unsafe activity, and treat recovery as valid progress when it keeps training safe.
Adult Gates
The MVP blocks under-18 onboarding for app features and requires explicit 18+ confirmation for creator application review.
Creator, affiliate, public social, commission, and payout-related workflows are adult-only in MVP.
Proof and Public Sharing
Proof is private by default. MVP proof may include text check-ins and private photo uploads; public proof media, health notes, and body photos are not shared by public receipt routes.
Leaderboard and public receipt surfaces use safe challenge metrics only. They must not expose private proof bodies, private health notes, or creator payout data.
Abuse Prevention
Public write flows use Turnstile and durable server-side rate limits where configured. Fraud events are recorded for review when a flow rejects abuse or suspicious behavior.
Manual review remains required for creator approval, fraud review, proof moderation, payout readiness, and billing-support decisions.
Support and review
These pages define RivalFit's conservative public MVP policy. Formal counsel review, live-card refund operations, and public support mailbox deliverability remain operational review items.
