Subscription Policy
How RivalFit describes MVP pricing, Lemon Squeezy checkout, entitlements, cancellations, refunds, and billing support.
MVP boundary
Self-published MVP policy. RivalFit is public, but this copy is not a substitute for legal, medical, tax, or financial advice.
Pricing
Public MVP tier names and displayed prices are Free ($0), Core ($9.99), Pro ($19.99), and Creator League ($49). Checkout must use the Lemon Squeezy price and terms shown at purchase time.
Prices, limits, and feature packaging may change as the MVP hardens. Marketing copy must not claim final pricing approval beyond the currently displayed MVP terms.
Checkout and Access
Lemon Squeezy handles checkout. RivalFit grants or demotes app entitlements from signed Lemon webhook lifecycle events.
If checkout or billing configuration is unavailable, RivalFit disables purchase actions and must not show fake payment success.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation, expiration, payment failure, refund, and chargeback events may demote paid entitlements to free access and create accounting clawback records where applicable.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case through Lemon Squeezy and RivalFit support. This MVP policy does not guarantee refunds or imply live-card refund provider proof is complete.
Billing Support
For billing questions, include the account email, checkout email, approximate purchase date, and Lemon order or subscription reference if available.
Do not send card numbers, passwords, API keys, or sensitive medical information in support messages.
Support and review
These pages define RivalFit's conservative public MVP policy. Formal counsel review, live-card refund operations, and public support mailbox deliverability remain operational review items.
