RivalFit is a fitness challenge and discipline product. Features may change while the MVP is being hardened, and preview/sample states are labeled as such.

You are responsible for using RivalFit safely, keeping account credentials secure, and submitting accurate information to creator, referral, proof, and billing flows.

RivalFit is not medical advice. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unsafe symptoms, and consult a qualified professional before changing training when needed.

Onboarding and creator application flows are adult-gated. Under-18 users must not use adult-only app or creator features.

RivalFit may restrict, review, or remove accounts, creator applications, proof submissions, referrals, or commissions for fraud, abuse, unsafe activity, or policy violations.

Public receipts and leaderboards use limited safe metrics. Private proof media, health notes, and body photos are not intended for public display.

Paid access is controlled by Lemon Squeezy checkout and webhook state. If billing is unavailable, checkout buttons stay disabled instead of faking success.

Creator commissions are accounting-only in MVP and do not create an automatic payout obligation without manual review, fraud review, and future payout/KYC operations.
